Payment
Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase. Your payment secures your order and helps us bring this book to life.
Estimated Release Date
The estimated release date is listed on each product page. Please note that release dates are subject to change. We will notify you by email if there are any significant delays.
Shipping
Physical pre-orders will be shipped on or around the release date. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Digital Pre-Orders
Digital editions will be delivered to your email on or after the release date. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.
Cancellations & Refunds
Pre-orders may be cancelled and refunded in full up to 7 days before the release date. After that point, pre-orders are non-refundable. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
